| 1. Whereas the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi revised' minimum rates of wages in Scheduled Employments covered under the Minimum Wages Act, 1948 in the National Capital Territory of Delhi vide Notification No.F.12 (142)/02/MW/Lab/5573 dt 9th March 2010.
2. And whereas the rates are revised on six monthly basis.
3. Now, therefore the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi declare The following minimum rates of wages w.e.f 01.02.2010 based on the rates Announced by the Government of India
